    With a completed booking form you accept these Terms and Conditions as a binding contract between OT and you, the participant. OT cannot accept any tour participant without a duly signed booking form. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully.

    Every participant of a tour operated by OT is required to accept and sign a release and waiver form of rights before tour start. OT cannot accept any tour participant without a duly signed release and waiver form. A copy of the release and waiver form can be provided by our agents.

    OT agents and representatives represent OT but are not a party to this contract. Nor are they responsible or liable for failure to provide any service as may be described in our literature pertaining to the contract.

    For the tour a booking deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures a place on the tour. The balance is due 30 days before the tour starts on all Australian tours and 90 day before all international tours. If the total balance is not received by the due date, OT reserves the right to treat this reservation as cancelled and charge the cancellation fee.

    An eVoucher is an electronic voucher which can be redeemed through our website.When you purchase an eVoucher an email is sent to the receiver’s email address, the recipient redeems the eVoucher by using a secret code, which is enclosed within the e-mail. This is entered into the shopping cart at the time of purchase.Vouchers are only redeemable against purchases made online, or by fax, they are not redeemable for purchases made over the phone.
    eVouchers have no monetary value and are non transferable, the email address of the original recipient must be used in the transaction when the voucher is redeemed. eVouchers are available for purchase at any value, the value is selectable by the purchaser at the time of purchase.We are only able to accept one eVoucher per order. eVouchers are NOT partially redeemable, any remaining credit is deemed void when your transaction is processed. Any shortfall in the price of your purchase and the value of your eVoucher may be made up with a credit card payment.Even if your eVoucher covers the cost of your purchases, you must still enter your valid credit card and address details. This is a security measure and in this case your credit card will not be charged.eVouchers are valid for 12 months, from the date of issue.

    If listed in the inclusions the tour price includes accommodation in twin rooms or safari style camping, some meals and extra tours as detailed in itinerary.

    A limited number of single rooms are available at extra cost on a first come, first served basis but availability cannot be guaranteed. OT will attempt to find a roommate for customers not specifying single room on their booking form, but cannot guarantee it; surcharge for single room may be applied.

    All items not mentioned as included and all items of a personal nature.

    Cancelling after booking confirmation, but prior to your final payment. Your 20% deposit is non-refundable.
    If cancelling after final payment has been received:

    • More than 21 days prior to departure date – 75% is refunded.
    • Between 21 and 14 days prior to departure date – 50% is refunded.
    • Between 14 and 7 days prior to departure date – 25% is refunded.
    • Less than 7 days prior to departure date – No refund.

    No exception to this policy can be made for any reason. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

    Up to 60 days prior to tour start OT can cancel a tour if an insufficient number of tour participants have booked and fully paid by that time.

    In this case, the customers will be notified forthwith. OT will offer to operate the tour if all customers agree to a supplemental charge due to the low number of tour members. If customers do not accept to pay the supplement, OT will refund their payment in full, which will constitute the full settlement. OT is not liable for any additional costs or losses incurred by the tour participant due to OT’s cancellation of tour due to lack of participants. This includes, but is not limited to, the cost of pre-paid airline tickets, hotel reservations and automobile rentals. Situations may arise which, in our opinion, make it necessary for us to cancel, advance or postpone a scheduled tour, change itineraries or make substitutions regarding hotels, cities, tour guides and other travel arrangements. In that event, we do not assume responsibility or liability for any resulting losses, expenses or inconvenience. OT is not required to make refunds once tour commences regardless of the reason for participants being unable to complete his or her tour.

    Photographs and videos produced by OT or its representatives actives on tour are the property of OT. The copyrights rest with OT. OT can use all of this material for advertising and marketing purposes, including images in which individual tour members can be recognized, without any charge from the tour member arising for OT for this use of material.

    The customer is responsible for complying with all relevant country regulations and all consequences resulting from non-compliance.

    OT is responsible for providing the services listed in the tour description according to the local standard and the accurate description of services offered in its literature. OT carefully selects and constantly checks its contractors, such as hotels and restaurants. OT is responsible for conscientious travel preparations. OT is not responsible or liable for any accidents. OT reserves the right without prior notice to withdraw any part or all of a tour, to make such changes as may be necessary, and the extra cost, if applicable, resulting there from, shall be paid by the customer. Furthermore, it is agreed and understood that the owners, operators and agents of this tour including OT are not the guardians of any customer’s safety and they, individually or collectively, cannot be held liable in any way for any occurrence in connection with the operation or the client’s participation in connection with the tour, which might result in injury, death or other damage to the client, his property, or his family, heirs, or assigns. The liability of OT as the tour operator is limited to a total of the tour price irrespective of the title/claim. OT is not responsible for any delays, changes in schedule or other conditions.

    Some tours operate on a seasonal basis and where seasonal variances and/or weather conditions cause changes in the tour routing or accommodations, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly and alternate hotels, restaurants and roads will be used.

    OT strives to schedule its tours at a time of the year when the weather in the touring area is usually pleasant for travelling. Many tours pass through areas where weather conditions can change very fast and significantly. OT cannot be made liable for unpleasant or unsuitable weather conditions and no refunds are made for such conditions.

    Prices quoted are those in effect at time of printing. If cost factors, including but not limited to hotels, meals, insurance, international currency fluctuations etc., dictate the need for price increases, OT may do so at any time prior to 60 days before departure. All Australian tours are charged in Australian Dollars [AU$]. All non Australian tours are charged in US Dollars [US$].

    OT recommends that you take out adequate travel, health and accident insurance as well as trip cancellation insurance. VERBAL CHANGES of contract are invalid unless confirmed in writing by OT.

    OT reserves the right to correct printing errors or calculation mistakes at any time.
